Me da mucho gusto poder saludarle ahora que ya estoy estableciendome en Barcelona; ya he parado de viajar y estoy esperando ser reconocido pronto como“El Chef XXI”… ¿saben?ya me he estado preparando para certificarme ademas académicamente como Compagnon Cuisinier; como recordara bien las mas importantes pasiones en mi vida “DE INCANSABLE TROTAMUNDOS” que culmino 22 años de viajar por todo el mundo son la gastronomía, la cocina, la enólogía, la alimentación y EL SER UN COCINERO para aprovechar los dones y habilidades que modestamente siempre he sabido en el arte culinario tengo desde muy pequeño; seguramente Ud. si recordara aquellas veces que en gratitud al hospedaje que me brindaron Ud.y Alfredo Puga en vuestro departamento en Santiago de Chile cocine la cena disfrutándo sobremanera explorar juntos nuevos sabores, maridajes e ingredientes de Chile.

Entre mis actividades tengo el orgullo de pertenecer desde los tres años de edad a una ONG ambientalista (MEM) de la que deje como mi representante en Santiago de Chile a mi buen amigo Don Raul Elgueta Gonzalez ( exconsul de Chile en Mèxico e Israel) y quien es actualmente funcionario del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores específicamente en la Direccion de Antartica y me permito de esta manera informal si me lo permite Ud. poner en antecedentes de mi iniciativa a formalizarse y elevarse con el debido protocolo si cuento con vuestra confianza y apoyo institucional en breve para poder incluir al COLEGIO HUELQUEN MONTESSORI en al menos dos ejes concretos:

1.- Participación de algún(@) alumn@ del COLEGIO HUELQUEN MONTESSORI en una visita a la Antartica Chilena subvencionada por el MINREX del gobierno chileno, la División Antartica Chilena e I.N.A.CH. , estas visitas pueden ser posibles de obtenerse al menos cada ciclo escolar presentando la solicitud a través del MEM con un proyecto de investigación escolar, son visitas que como Ud. bien sabe yo comencé a realizar el 23 de abril de 1995 de manera muy alentadora y cese en 2016 cuando pude visitarles personalmente y trascender esta oportunidad es lo que ahora me motiva a compartirlo con estudiantes desde educación media y no como comúnmente se ha realizado en creencia por error de que la Investigación Antártica es exclusiva para grandes científicos o universitarios prominentes,después de tantos años mi mayor éxito en difusión ha sido el que mi hija de 11 años ha trascendido.

2.- Difundir en el COLEGIO HUELQUEN MONTESSORI la campaña: “Save the Oceans, Feed the World” (SALVANDO LOS OCEANOS ALIMENTAMOS AL MUNDO) que la ONG “OCEANA" promueve de manera exitosa desde hace un par de años, para mi es muy relevante LA CATEGORICA AFIRMACION de que LOS GUIAS (EDUCADORES) debemos de incluir como una actividad relevante en los COLEGIOS a la ALIMENTACION SUSTENTABLE y como un contenido académico formal (MATERIA) disponible a los educandos y mas en"los sistemas MONTESSORI"considero debe de promoverse; tu misma puedes constatar este “DICHO” al ver el documental AL MINUTO 18 DICHO NI NADA MAS NI NADA MENOS QUE POR UNO DE NUESTROS MAS DISTINGUIDOS MAESTROS Y Compagnon Cuisinier: FERRAN ADRIA ** en dicha campaña donde lidera a veinte prestigiados Chefs y hace esta AFIRMACION CATEGORICA E INICIATIVA INELUDIBLE HOY que comparto al saberte en la inteligencia y el perfil tan privilegiado que tiene en la COMUNIDAD MONTESSORI INTERNACIONAL.
